Neighbor’s Harvest

Neighbor’s Harvest turns donated produce into a revenue generator through a produce subscription model.

  • Offers retail subscriptions for families who can afford them and donation subscriptions that support food-insecure neighbors via food pantries like The Branch.

  • Cul2vators (second-chance workforce) gain skills outside of their typical agricultural practices.

  • Students apply key business skills from the classroom to drive meaningful change in their communities.

In our 2025 pilot season, Neighbor’s Harvest sold 76 retail CSA boxes and funded an additional 125 donated boxes.

In total, 201 produce boxes distributed, generating $10K+ for Cul2vate and expanding access to healthy food.

Farm Store

With Cul2vate, our longtime partner, we are spearheading a farm store dedicated to connecting local farmers directly with local families.

Our farm store is designed with intentionality as a for-profit social enterprise.

This is how the model sustains itself:

  • Revenue comes from local products, such as beef, produce, honey, and value-added goods

  • Shorter Supply Chains raise profit margins by lowering operational costs and

  • Community loyalty drives repeated purchasing
